Welcome to Zen Den, a haven of rejuvenation, nestled on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Here at Zen Den, we believe in the transformative power of holistic wellness, combining ancient wisdom with modern innovation. Our facility offers cutting-edge amenities, including infrared sauna, hot and cold plunge baths and a Himalayan salt chamber curated to enhance your physical, mental, and spiritual vitality.

Located within Tranquility Grove of Ocean Springs, Zen Den is proud to be a part of the newly established Mississippi Center for Yoga and Health. This modern collective allows us to offer comprehensive wellness programs that seamlessly integrate yoga, meditation, and holistic therapies and Ayurvedic meals all while providing a unique approach to health and wellness never before offered here on the MS Gulf Coast.

Zen Den is dedicated to offering state-of-the-art services designed to promote healing and well-being by providing a progressive experience with the gulf coast’s first Nordic Cycle spa experience - a centuries-old tradition that soothes mind, body and spirit. 

Whether you seek relaxation, rejuvenation, or restoration, Zen Den invites you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Join us as we strive to nurture your body, mind, and spirit, guiding you towards a harmonious state of well-being.

  • We are located within River Rock Yoga and Pilates studio at the Mississippi Center for Yoga and Health. Zen Den is a separate entity but we work together harmoniously.

  • Zen Den is a private, lockable room within the yoga studio. If you booked a solo session, you will have the entire Den to yourself to utilize how you see fit.

  • We offer solo or duo sessions, or you can even make it a trio, meaning you can bring a plus one, or two!

  • Please reach out to us directly for more information on reserving the space for larger parties.
